We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to their handmade and custom nature. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will clearly indicate at the time of purchase if an item is non-returnable.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made or personalized items that were created specifically to your specifications.
Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Gift cards or digital products.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without first obtaining a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference. If your return is not approved, we will contact you to explain the reason and discuss possible alternatives.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us using the same process as initiating a return. Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.
If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit instead.
We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges, at your preference.
Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item when you contact us, as this will help us process your claim more efficiently and improve our quality control processes.
If you receive an incorrect item (an item that is different from what you ordered), please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you the correct item at no additional cost. If the correct item is not available, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

As an alternative to a refund, we offer store credit for the full value of your returned item, including original shipping charges. Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
If you would like to receive store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this preference when you initiate your return.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone or email with your order number.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you wish to return an item after it has been shipped, you must follow our standard return process as outlined in this policy.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We will notify you when production begins, typically within 1-2 business days of order placement.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds for international orders will be processed in US dollars and converted to your local currency by your financial institution.
Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance and international shipping times.
We do not charge a restocking fee for most returns. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition, without original packaging, or after the 30-day return window.
